New year is here. It's time to change.
In every new year we enter with belief that our life is
going to be nicer and full of happiness.Of course nothing will happen unless we
do something about it. We need to create our own future. We need to work hard,
give our best if we want to accomplish all we want.
Since it's begining of the year, i believe we all wished for
something like –I will make myself happy this year- . so we wrote down some
advices that we think will help you.

Nova godina je stigla. Vrijeme je za promjene.
U svaku novu
godinu ulazimo sa zeljom da nam zivot bude ljepsi i sa nadom da cemo biti
srecniji i zadovoljniji. Naravno nista ne moze doci samo od sebe. I ne mozemo
samo sjedeti i cekati da nam se nesto desi. Moramo sami kreirati svoju
buducnost. Truditi se, naporno raditi i dati sve od sebe da se ostvarii sve sto
prizeljkujemo.
Posto je pocetak godine, vjerujem da smo svi pozeljeli nesto
kao – ove godine ucinicu sebe srecnijim-, u ime toga navele smo par savjeta
koji bi mogli da vam pomognu u ovome.
1. 'TO DO' list
Make a weekly 'to do' list. Make yourself do things that are little more complicated, that are time consuming and takes a lot more effort, things you are not used to do or even never tried to do. But starting with hard things may discourage you so we suggest , at first, writing down easier things such as –get up early three days in row-, -don't use internet for social media 1 day- or something similar.

1. . 1. 'URADITI' lista
Napraviti sedmicnu 'uradi'
listu. Zadajte sebi neki zadatak, malo komplikovaniji, koji zahtjeva malo vise
vremena i napora, a koji niste navikli da radite ili pak nikada niste ni
pokusali. Da ne bi odmah odustajali od ovoga, za pocetak neka to budu neke
sitne stvari kao sto su -3 dana za redom ustani prije 8h(mislim da ustajanje
rano svakome predtavlja izazov, pa zasto ne poceti od neke tako banalne
stvari)- ili mozda - cijeli dan nemoj koristiti kompjeter za social media
stranice- ili nesto slicno.
2. Be kind
Doing good deed will make you happier. Pay more attention to your close ones. Gladden them with small gifts,little meaningful presents. It doesn't need to be just gift that you'll spend a lot of money on, it could be a letter, something you made by yourself, or just you. Be there for others and they'll be there for you when you need them.

2. 2. Biti brizan
Cineci dobra djela osjecacete se
srecnijim. Poklonite vise paznje vasim najblizim. Obradujte ih nekim sitnim poklonima
,znacima paznje. To ne moraju da budu samo pokloni na koje cete trositi silne
pare, vec mogu biti obicna pisma, nesto sto ste sami napravili, ili jednostavno
vase prisustvo. Budite tu za druge i oni ce biti tu za vas kad ih zatrebate.
3.Go for a walk
Go outside, take a peacefull walk around your town everyday. Feel the world around you, feel the life, in lot of things you'll find inspiration and they will help you to forget about everything that bothers you at the moment. Go offline, enjoy in what surrounds you, enjoy in birds song, in beautiful sky, green trees, fresh air,...

3. 3. Setnja
Izadjite napolje, svakodnevno napravite finu laganu setnjicu
kroz mjesto u kom zivite. Osjetite svijet
oko sebe, osjetite zivot, mnoge stvari nacicete
inspirativnim i pomocice vam da zaboravite na sve
sto vas muci trenutno. Iskljucite se i uzivajte u onome sto
vas okruzuje, uzivajte u cvrkutu ptica u
prekrasnom nebu, u zelenom drvetu,svjezem vazduhu,...
4.Write down 3 nice things
Every day, find 5 minutes for yourself and write down at
least three nice things that happened to you.For example:
-i got beautiful
message
-someone smiled at me
-i enjoyed cup of tea/coffee today
-i watched my favourite movie/seria
And then you'll learn to pay more attention on yourself, on
nice things around you, and you'll focus more on things that makes you happy.

4.Zapisati tri lijepe stvari
Izdvojiti svaki dan 5 minuta za sebe i zapisati tri lijepe
stvari koje su vam se dogodile.Na primjer:
-dobili ste lijepu poruku;
-neko vam se osmijehnuo;
-slicajno ste sreli nekog dragog;
-uzivali ste u solji kafe/caja;
-gledali omiljeni film/seriju..
i tada cete uvjezbati da obracate paznju na sebe,na lijepe
stvari oko vas i onda cete svoje misli i
paznju usmjeravati na nesto lijepo i dobro.
- be peacefull-
